The Business Office strives to support the district through effective and efficient management of all district funds. The Business Office is responsible for accounts payable, investments, payroll, purchasing, employee benefits, and compliance with federal programs and grants.

 

The Business Office is available from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday though Friday.

Tax Information

Property Tax Database

Visit the Property Tax Transparency in Texas website for find a link to your local property tax database on which you can easily access information regarding your property taxes, including information regarding the amount of taxes that each entity that taxes your property will impose if the entity adopts its proposed tax rate. Your local property tax database will be updated regularly during August and September as local elected officials propose and adopt the property tax rates that will determine how much you pay in property taxes.

Follow the instructions below to register to receive notifications regarding updates to the property tax database:

A property owner may register to receive email notifications regarding updates to the property tax database by following the instructions found on the webpage for the Fannin County Appraisal District.

You may request the same information from the assessor of each taxing unit for your property by requesting their contact information from your the Fannin County Tax Accessor-Collector.
